Tejas Airodi

Tejas has over six years of experience in the non-profit sector, working as a mixed-methods researcher, teacher trainer, and teacher. He currently specializes in program impact evaluation - including RCTs and A/B testing - with a focus on gender, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), early childhood education and development (ECED), and school leadership.

Before joining Global School Leaders (GSL) in 2023, Tejas was a Fellow (2017 - 19) and Program Manager (2019 - 21) at Teach For India, and later a Post-Graduate Consultant (2022) at Dalberg. He believes that all children deserve an excellent education and that evidence-based approaches are key to achieving this.

Tejas holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy (2021-23) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
