Hassan Jamil

Hassan brings a wealth of experience accumulated over 12 years in managing Education and Governance programs, community outreach, training, research, and monitoring and evaluation within donor-funded projects to Global School Leaders (GSL).

Since joining GSL in August 2023, he has been contributing to the operational management of the organization and its projects, particularly focusing on those supported by grants. His work ensures that key initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with donor requirements and organizational goals.

Previously, he worked for the British Council in Pakistan, dedicating nearly a decade to contributions within the organization's education and society business unit. His work encompassed developing innovative solutions to various challenges in the education sector, particularly focusing on issues related to out-of-school children and dropouts.

Hassan holds an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a degree in Economics from Government College University, Lahore. His strong academic foundation, combined with his extensive experience, positions him well to advance GSL’s mission of strengthening school leadership and improving learning outcomes for children in underserved communities.
