Grace McManus

Grace has over a decade of experience working in a variety of roles in the education sector. She has worked as a secondary math teacher, a research assistant, an operations coordinator, and a data lead prior to joining the GSL team. She also had the opportunity to serve as an English Teaching Assistant through the Fulbright program in Malaysia.

Most recently, Grace worked with Instruction Partners, a US-based non-profit organization, on their State Partnerships team to develop systems and structures to more effectively gather data, analyze, and communicate impact.

At GSL, Grace is a member of the Strategy and Operations Team, supporting many elements of organizational development. She gets excited about developing a strong culture, user- and equity-centered design, improving systems and structures, and bringing impact to life.

Grace earned a BS in Adolescent to Young Adult Education from the University of Dayton and an M.Ed in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University.
