Catalina Hepp

Catalina brings over six years of experience at the intersection of education, design, and social innovation. Prior to GSL, she worked as a strategic designer and focused on public sector innovation, collaborating with communities to co-create more effective public services and leading pilot programs to enhance reading skills in Chilean schools. She is passionate about building networks to drive systemic change and advancing gender equity across education systems.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master’s in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value from University College London.
