Story of Us

Participants feel a sense of belonging to a larger movement, recognizing their interdependence and the power of working together.

Participants deep-dive into regional contexts to unearth systemic enablers and barriers, share examples of collective successes, and begin developing a collective narrative that defines our work.

Story of Now

Participants leave with a sense of assuredness about their role in driving systemic change and identify necessary steps to sustain a global-south movement.

Through school visits and stakeholder interactions, participants will gain insights into the Brazilian education system. Additionally, they will begin shaping a shared vision as a Global South community, united in advocating for improved systemic conditions that empower school leaders to thrive.
